Georgia Bell is an Olympic bronze medallist, a European silver medallist, and the British record holder in the 1500m. A former child track star, she took an unprecedented five-year break from the sport before making a remarkable comeback just three years ago: an achievement unmatched in the sport's history. During her time away from competitive athletics, she worked in technology sales and gradually returned to fitness by running a community Park Run every Saturday morning. She is now advocating for women to remain in sport and campaigning to reduce the high dropout rate among teenage girls. Unusually for a runner, she does the majority of her training on a bike.
