Having grown up playing football and running, I dedicated myself to running at age 14. At 16 I won silver in the 800m at English Schools. At 18 I won gold at the same competition two years later in the 400m.
I am now training full time whilst studying at university. Since doing this I became National u23 400m champion in 2018.
This year I am aiming to take my personal best from 46.59 to under 46 giving me a chance of making the Tokyo 2020 Olympics with team GB.
